How will the 3.6 litre twin Turbo Porsche 911 Turbo compare to the 400 Bhp Ferrari 360?

The Porsche 911 was first introduced in 1963 and has undergone constant improvements ever since.

Our chosen model, the 911 Turbo has all wheel drive and 2 turbos meaning the engine puts out 420 Bhp making it one of the fastest point to point cars available, but how will it shape up against the 3.6 litre V8 Ferrari 360 around a track?

You will drive both of these cars for 4/5 laps around a track. Which car will you prefer?

This is one of our most popular experiences.

What happens on the day? 

Your experience starts with a briefing from an experienced race driving instructor who will explain the racing lines and how to get the most out of these two incredible cars.

Our instructor will drive you around the track in a saloon car for 2 familiarisation laps to show you the racing line.

You will then be allocated a safety helmet and head to the track. You will drive both the Ferrari 360 and the Porsche 911 for 4/5 laps each with guidance from a professional race driving instructor.

At the end of your experience you will be presented with a certificate to remember the day by.

Please allow 2 hours for your experience. 

(4 laps at Elvington, 5 laps at Teesside)

The Porsche V Ferrari experience takes place at Teesside Autodrome, Middlesbrough and Elvington, York.

Availability :

Courses are available on selected Saturdays, Sundays and weekdays from March to the end of November.

Notes :

Gift vouchers are valid for 10 months.

Restrictions :

You must hold a full driving licence, be less than 6'4" and weigh less than 18 1/2 stone.

Why not complete your driving experience with a hot lap driven by a professional driver. You wont beleive how fast you can go. The passenger lap will take place in the car nominated for passenger laps that day. Cars normally used include BMW M3, Lotus Elise, Subaru or Caterham.
